Community Service Coordinator Position
Location: Pomona, CA

Under the direction of the Regional Program Coordinator, the Community Service Coordinator oversees the operations of the Si Se Puede Community Center programs and related activities. This position involves the use of judgment, supervisory ability, and skills in resident/community planning. The position requires implementing and supervising programs, classes and activities for effectiveness. The position requires supervision of residents, volunteers, and student interns. Community Service Coordinators are required to outreach to the community and establish partnership when needed.

Compliance Specialist
Location: Fresno
The Compliance Specialist reports to the Compliance Director and is responsible for all aspects relating to replacement reserve management, program-based marketing obligations, evaluation of rents (maximization and compliance), program-based marketing obligations, reporting (internal/external recipients), compliance monitoring (program/building/physical compliance), lease-up support, including onsite income certification processing, provides property compliance support as needed, assists with special projects (travel to another site or remote as assigned), and provides training support/technical assistance/guidance, etc. The Compliance Specialist acquires and maintains advanced-level capacity for compliance monitoring of various affordable housing programs, as applicable, including, but not limited to, the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program, HUD programs (VASH, Section 8, 202 PRAC), Bond, HOME, AHP, MHP, HCD programs, various special needs housing programs, etc. The Compliance Specialist maintains flexibility to travel up to 50% of the time (measured by the approximate full-time hours expected to work within the year), and travels to all locations where the organization conducts business, including out-of-state locations and extended stays, as assigned. The Compliance Specialist brings excellence to their work and related activities, consistently completing tasks effectively. A valid driver’s license and a satisfactory motor vehicle record are required. Candidates must be eligible to drive in both California and Arizona and meet the organization’s vehicle‑use and insurance requirements.
