P.S. ARTS Issues Call for Experienced, Values-Aligned Consultants to Lead Strategic Planning

P.S. ARTS is a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing equity and opportunity in education by providing arts education to students in under-resourced public schools and communities. Serving 33,500 students and community members across 102 schools and 17 districts, our work is grounded in a commitment to Artistic Expression, Equity, Community, Innovation and Excellence.

The year 2026 marks P.S. ARTS’ 35th anniversary and a pivotal moment in our organizational journey. With significant program growth fueled over the last 3 years, as well as expanding partnerships across Southern California and beyond, we are seeking a strategic plan that will help us build sustainability, clarify priorities, and deepen our impact.

We are seeking a consultant or team that is collaborative, equity-driven, and preferably experienced in working with arts and/or education nonprofits. The ideal partner will facilitate a process that is inclusive, data-informed, and action-oriented, centering the voices of our students, community partners, staff, teaching artists and board.
