CE’s Director, Development is directly responsible for providing oversight for contributed revenue activities and development operations in partnership with the Executive Director, Board of Directors, and the Development Team. The Director will supervise a three person team that helps raise a growing share (currently one third) of CE’s $3+ mil budget while working to fund growth initiatives at CE. Working closely with CE’s programs, marketing, finance, and art partnerships teams, the Director will meet or exceed annual budget targets for CE in foundation and government grants, corporate grants and donations, individual giving, and through special events including our annual gala, Art Changes Lives.

Join our team as a part-time, contract Youth and Latinx Outreach Teaching Artist.
The Youth and Latinx Outreach Teaching Artist will help implement CE’s new Youth Programs for youth of all abilities, with a focus on youth with disabilities, and special engagement with Latinx youth with disabilities. They will serve as a teaching artist for multiple youth programs for youth of all ages. The Youth and Latinx Outreach Teaching Artist will be a practicing arts educator, with the skills to facilitate growth for youth artists with diverse needs and art-making backgrounds. The ideal candidate will foster creativity and curiosity for youth of all abilities.

Join our team as a part-time, contract Youth Program Associate.
The Youth Program Associate will support youth artists with disabilities in areas such as eating, toileting, clean-up activities, and adaptive artmaking. Equally important, they will listen closely to youth artists with disabilities in an effort to understand and support their larger goals for their art-making, and collaborate with staff to help CE’s Youth Programs offer experiences that best meet individual and group needs and desires.

Join our team as a Teaching Artist, Ceramics, Float.
The Teaching Artist supports studio artists with developmental disabilities as they develop a meaningful arts practice. The Teaching Artist will be a practicing artist who has experience as an arts educator, with the ability to facilitate growth for artists with diverse needs and practices. The ideal candidate will foster reflection and curiosity for CE artists, and will be skilled in developing relationships with artists, fellow teaching artists, and staff in other CE departments.
- 21 hour / week position
