Description

The Los Angeles Department of Cultural Affairs (DCA) seeks proposals from qualified consultants to research, design, and produce a visual brand identity, including the creation of marketing and communications collateral, to support DCA’s arts and cultural events and initiatives. It is recommended that the proposer have strong experience working on projects within the City of Los Angeles, as well as have key staff persons presently located within the region.

Contract Term 

One year, renewable upon review

Introduction 

It is the Department of Cultural Affairs intent to award a contract to the selected proposer for graphic design services for marketing collateral and upcoming major events. This Request for Proposal (RFP) and the proposal submitted or any part thereof may be incorporated into and made a part of the contract. Proposals accepted by the City in writing constitute a legally binding contract offer. It is requested that proposals be prepared.
