Program Supervisor
Diego. FOC’s core services include income support, employment services, financial education, case management, and transitional housing. Under the supervision of the Community Services Director, the Supervisor maintains day-to-day operations for the preparation, filing, monitoring of diverse services in the daily functions of the department, and ensures the successful completion of services and programs. This position must be staffed by an individual who has strong advocacy, communication and writing skills, supervisory experience, and works well with others. This position will be assigned to additional programs based on program needs.
Director of Project Finance
The Director of Project Finance supports the development process from project inception to project completion and stabilization. The role is responsible for supporting the financing of projects through the lifecycle of project development for current and future properties that are funded through a variety of private, federal, state, grants and local sources. Focused on affordable housing, the candidate will be a key member of the Company’s community development team working in partnership with other real estate professionals in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Successful work performance requires skill in coordinating work with other departments and outside agencies. The position interfaces closely with Casa Familiar’s Executive Management, Board of Directors, Accounting, Asset and Property Management and staff within the Community Development division.
Financial Advisor

Under the supervision of the FOC Supervisor, the Advisor works with community members in the preparation, filing, and monitoring of diverse services in the daily functions of the FOC department. This position must be staffed by an individual who has strong advocacy, communication and writing skills, case management experience, and works well with others. This position will be assigned to additional programs based on program needs.
