        Property Manager (Onsite)

        The Property Manager is a mission-driven leader responsible for the daily management of Casa Familiar’s diverse property portfolio, which includes affordable housing, community-serving facilities, and commercial spaces. These properties are supported by a range of funding sources, including private investments, government programs, and philanthropic grants.

        In this pivotal role, the Portfolio Manager represents Casa Familiar’s ownership interests, ensuring that all assets are well-maintained, fiscally sound, and aligned with the organization's commitment to serving the community. With a strong focus on collaboration, the Portfolio Manager works cross- functionally with internal departments—such as Accounting, Asset Management, and Community Development—and engages external partners to ensure cohesive, mission-aligned operations.

        Senior Staff Accountant

        The Senior Staff Accountant is responsible for managing the financial records of real estate projects and properties, including in development, operations, and compliance. This role involves tracking income and expenses, preparing financial reports, reconciling bank statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, ensuring compliance with regulations, and assisting with budgeting, draws and forecasting, all while collaborating with project development and property management teams and other stakeholders within the company; essentially overseeing the day-to-day accounting functions related to real estate transactions and operations. To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of real estate development processes and property operations. The Senior Staff Accountant manages the financial aspects of real estate development projects and ensures compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting requirements.

        Successful work performance requires skill in coordinating work with other departments and outside agencies. The position interfaces closely with Casa Familiar’s Executive Management, Board of Directors, Project Development, Finance, Asset and Property Management, Community Engagement teams and staff within the company.

        Accounting Manager

        The Accounting Manager oversees the financial operations of Casa Familiar and its affiliated entities. This role manages general ledger functions, supervises accounting staff, ensures regulatory and grant compliance, and supports internal and external reporting. Key responsibilities include managing multi-entity accounting, intercompany transactions, and the consolidation of financial statements. The Accounting Manager also supports financial tracking for property management, community development activities, and capital projects. This position reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
