ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION

The Anti-Recidivism Coalition (ARC) works to end mass incarceration in California. To ensure our communities are safe, healthy, and whole, ARC empowers formerly and currently incarcerated people to thrive by providing a support network, comprehensive reentry services, and opportunities to advocate for policy change. Through our grassroots policy advocacy, we are dedicated to transforming the criminal justice system so that it is more just and equitable for all people. POSITION SUMMARY

The Communications Associate supports all day-to-day operations of the Communications Department, taking on administrative, organizational, and production tasks as they arise. The Associate manages scheduling and coordination, maintains digital systems and content libraries, assists with social media and basic content creation and production, and handles day-to-day assignments to ensure the department runs efficiently. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and eager to support a fast-moving team by taking on a wide range of tasks as needed.
